The challenge.
Rajiv Gandhi University needed a central process for applications across courses and departments. A manual, paper-based workflow made it difficult to collect information, check supporting documents and keep applicants informed. The project brought those steps into an online portal with distinct tasks for applicants and university staff.
What we built.
- Online registration and application submission for the university’s courses, giving applicants a consistent starting point.
- Document upload and verification as part of the application workflow, with staff managing the submitted records.
- Fee payment gateway integration and automated admit card generation for the relevant stages of admission.
- Application tracking for students and an administrative dashboard for managing applications and reporting.
