What should go into the first version of a SaaS product?
Prioritise the workflow that delivers the product’s main value. Accounts, permissions and necessary admin operations still belong in the scope. Features that do not help validate that workflow can wait for evidence from users.
Can you connect subscriptions and third-party APIs?
