Tell us whether the system is for model experimentation, data analysis, visualisation or another application. Software compatibility and the size of the working dataset influence the configuration. Desk space, ventilation, acoustic expectations and electrical supply also matter for equipment used beside people, particularly when sustained processing runs for extended periods.

The proposed build identifies CPU, system memory, accelerator memory, storage and expansion requirements together. GPU model names alone do not describe usable capacity for an application. We assess whether the workload fits the selected device and whether the host and storage can keep it supplied with data during the intended workflow.

The quotation names the operating system and any agreed driver or development environment setup. Commercial application licences, monitors, input devices and UPS equipment are itemised where required. An environment check can be included for a representative project so the handover demonstrates the workflow, not simply that the machine powers on.

Expansion depends on the chassis, power delivery, cooling and supported component combinations. The configuration records those boundaries and the warranty arrangements applicable to the supplied equipment. Backups and shared project storage are separate considerations; a fast local workstation still needs a plan for retaining valuable code, data and results.

Pricing is based on the approved bill of materials, availability, software setup, delivery and support. The quotation states manufacturer and model details, warranty terms and any installation work.
