Private LLM & enterprise knowledge assistants

Help staff find answers in the information they are allowed to use. Curobotic’s private LLM and enterprise knowledge assistant solutions combine a controlled knowledge source, application access and evaluation around a defined business workflow.

How the solution fits together

Built around your users.

Knowledge scope

Select approved sources, owners and questions the assistant must support.

Inside the solution

The complete working environment.

A focused knowledge use case

Start with a bounded task such as finding approved policies, product documentation or internal operating instructions. We identify source owners, intended users and what the assistant should do when evidence is missing. Document preparation, access rights and update frequency are part of the scope, not tasks left until after a model has been installed.

Retrieval that respects access

The application must apply user permissions when selecting information for a response. Documents are prepared and indexed with their source and access context. The design separates shared information from restricted material and tests permission changes. A private model endpoint alone does not establish that every connected document is appropriate for every user.

Hosting and integration choices

Model hosting is selected according to data requirements, expected usage, available hardware and operational capacity. A local deployment may be suitable, while another project may use approved hosted services. Any external data transfer, retention and vendor dependency are documented. Interfaces can connect the assistant to an existing portal with a defined authentication model.

Evaluation and human escalation

A useful assistant must be tested against real questions, ambiguous requests and missing information. The evaluation looks at source grounding, permissions and the handling of unsupported answers. Responses can include source references and a path to a person or original document. Content owners need a process for correcting source material and reviewing recurring failures.

Quote-based assistant development

Pricing depends on data sources, document preparation, user roles, integrations, model hosting and evaluation work. Hardware or usage charges are separate from application development. Share sample document types and intended questions for a scoped proposal, including a pilot that can establish whether the assistant is useful before wider rollout.

Connected services & systems

Complete your project scope.

Does a private LLM guarantee confidential answers?

Privacy depends on the complete system: hosting, access controls, retrieval rules, logs and external connections. The design records where data flows and who can access it. Security review and permission tests are required for the agreed deployment; the word private is not a substitute for those controls.

Will the assistant always give the correct answer?

No model-based assistant can be assumed to answer every question correctly. A bounded scope, source references, evaluation and an explicit response when information is missing help manage errors. High-impact decisions should retain the appropriate human review and authoritative source.

Can this project be delivered in Guwahati and other Northeast locations?

Curobotic is based in Guwahati, Assam. We scope projects for organisations in Assam, Itanagar and other parts of Arunachal Pradesh, and Shillong. Remote preparation, site visits, freight and on-site installation are agreed in the quotation according to access, facilities and the work required.
