Give a development team a shared place to prepare data, run experiments and integrate AI applications. Curobotic scopes AI development servers for the users and project environments that need access, with a clear configuration and deployment brief.
Scope & specification
Discuss requirements, delivery and support with our Guwahati team. Pricing is quote-based and agreed against the proposed scope.
Request a quoteAn AI development server may support notebooks, application services, data preparation and selected model experiments. We ask how many people will work simultaneously and which activities should remain isolated. The brief distinguishes development from public production serving, allowing access, availability and capacity to be chosen for the actual environment.
Processor, memory, GPU and storage selections follow the applications and datasets. Some development tasks benefit primarily from system memory or CPU capacity; others need an accelerator with sufficient memory. Working storage is sized alongside the location of source data and backups, with room for multiple environments and retained experiment outputs.
The proposed setup can include controlled remote access, project accounts and agreed development tools. Environments should be reproducible without giving every user unrestricted control of the host. Resource limits and a process for installing dependencies help a team share the server without one experiment unexpectedly disrupting another project.
The handover names who manages users, updates, backups and system changes. Moving a successful prototype into production is a separate decision involving application testing, access controls and release operations. Where both environments are required, the architecture should define their separation and the approved path for transferring code, models and configuration.
The quote itemises hardware, operating system, optional GPU configuration, environment setup and delivery. Ongoing administration, application development and licences are included only when listed. Share your team size, tools and example workloads to receive a configuration that can be assessed against the work the server must support.
From requirements to handover
Identify concurrent users, development tools and the projects that will share resources.
Prepare the specified hardware and controlled development environments.
Validate access and document administration, storage and update responsibilities.
Connected services & systems
Remote access can be designed with the organisation’s authentication and network requirements. The proposal identifies the approved access method and any supporting infrastructure. Exposing an administrative interface directly to the public internet is not a substitute for an access design.
It can only serve that role if the production requirements are separately assessed. Public traffic, uptime, deployment controls and data handling may differ from development needs. We can propose a separate serving environment or a clearly partitioned architecture where appropriate.
Curobotic is based in Guwahati, Assam. We scope projects for organisations in Assam, Itanagar and other parts of Arunachal Pradesh, and Shillong. Remote preparation, site visits, freight and on-site installation are agreed in the quotation according to access, facilities and the work required.
