Before installation we reconcile the delivered bill of materials with the approved configuration. Rack dimensions, rail compatibility, electrical circuits, cooling and network ports must suit the equipment. Delivery access and maintenance clearance are checked with the site team. Variations are resolved before commissioning rather than hidden in a final handover report.
Operating system and GPU baseline
The deployment establishes a documented operating system, firmware, driver and runtime combination supported by the selected hardware and workloads. GPU detection alone is not acceptance. We run the agreed application checks and record the versions, installation sources and restart behaviour so subsequent maintenance has a known starting point.
Cluster networking and shared storage
Multi-node jobs need an appropriate path between compute nodes and their data. Management traffic, application traffic and storage access are planned according to scale. The implementation includes agreed addressing, connectivity checks and storage mounts, with cabling and switch configuration documented for the team that will maintain the environment.
Access, monitoring and handover
User roles, remote administration, resource allocation and monitoring are part of the commissioning discussion. If Kubernetes is selected, GPU components must match its supported platform combination. Handover exercises cover an actual workload, an interrupted job and a controlled restart, with credentials transferred through an agreed private channel.
Quote-based deployment
Deployment pricing depends on node count, hardware diversity, network complexity, storage integrations and required software services. We distinguish installation of customer-owned systems from supply-and-deploy projects. Travel, application migration, training and ongoing administration are listed separately so the quotation reflects the work needed to reach acceptance.

Can you install servers we already own?
Yes, subject to a review of the hardware, support status and software requirements. Existing firmware restrictions, missing accessories or unsupported combinations are identified during scoping. Hardware faults and warranty replacement remain subject to the relevant supplier arrangements.
Will adding GPUs make every workload faster?
Performance depends on the application, memory requirements, data path and ability to use multiple devices. Deployment includes agreed validation, not a universal speedup promise. A workload assessment or benchmark can help decide whether additional GPUs are justified.
Can this project be delivered in Guwahati and other Northeast locations?
