Move from a request to a controlled workflow.

AI agent solutions for teams exploring assistance with sales, HR and support processes. Curobotic helps connect an agent to the information and tools a workflow needs, while keeping permissions, review and responsibility explicit.

A closer look

The work behind the workflow.

Explore the use case, the people involved and the implementation decisions to agree before rollout.

Let’s make it happen
Select a bounded business task

An agent needs a specific job, such as preparing a follow-up draft or organising information for a support request. Define the inputs, expected output and person responsible for the result. An open-ended instruction to run the business is not a useful implementation brief.

Connect only the necessary tools

A tool connection may allow reading a record, drafting a response or updating a system. Each action needs the appropriate account permissions and a clear contract. We assess supported interfaces before assuming an agent can act inside an existing business application.

Put approval around consequential actions

Sending a message, changing a customer record or creating a financial commitment can have real consequences. The workflow should identify where a person reviews an action before it happens. Logging and access controls need to follow the same boundary.

Handle uncertainty and interrupted work

An agent may misunderstand a request, receive incomplete information or encounter an unavailable tool. Define when it should ask for clarification, stop or transfer work to a person. Recovery should avoid repeating external actions simply because a previous response was delayed.

Measure performance against the task

Evaluation should compare results with agreed examples and include cases where the agent should decline to act. Monitor errors and usage after a limited rollout before widening access. Automation value comes from a dependable workflow, not a claim that human oversight is no longer necessary.

Plan the implementation

From your brief to everyday use.

Bound

Choose one task and define its allowed actions.

Connect

Assess tools, permissions and the required information.

Review

Test outcomes and approval steps with the responsible team.

Expand

Extend scope only after the initial workflow is understood.

A little more to explore.

How is an AI agent different from a chatbot?

A chatbot primarily helps through conversation. An agent may also use connected tools to carry out a defined workflow. The permitted actions and approval requirements are the important distinction.

Can an agent work with our CRM?

That depends on the CRM’s supported API and your account permissions. Access, record changes, audit history and human approval need to be assessed before enabling actions.

Your next chapter starts here.

Good things start with a conversation.

A new idea. A clearer direction. A better way forward.
