Let your systems work together.

API development and integration services from Curobotic in Guwahati, Assam. Connect the applications your team uses, reduce repeated data entry and make system boundaries clearer through agreed contracts, permissions and reliable error handling.

A clear scope, from the start

What your project needs to work.

Start with the tasks your users need to complete. We shape the design, development and handover around those requirements.

Let’s make it happen
Define what should move between systems

Start with the records and events that need to cross a boundary: a new enquiry, a payment update or an approved application. We identify the owning system, required fields and expected timing. This prevents two applications from silently treating themselves as the source of truth.

Check access and provider constraints

Documentation, sandbox credentials, account permissions and usage limits shape what can be built. We review these before promising an integration. If a provider offers only exports or a restricted interface, the proposal should explain that limitation and the practical alternatives.

Design an explicit API contract

A contract defines request formats, validation, response states and authorisation. It should describe incomplete or invalid requests as well as successful ones. Versioning and change management matter when a mobile app or another team’s application will depend on the interface.

Handle repeated and interrupted requests

Networks fail and providers may send an event more than once. We design the agreed workflow so retries do not create duplicate payments or records. Monitoring, reconciliation and a clear recovery path help operators distinguish a delayed update from a failed business transaction.

Protect access and sensitive information

Credentials should be managed on the server and limited to the work they need to perform. Roles and logging must reflect the sensitivity of the data. We agree retention, audit and operational access requirements with the business before connecting private records.

Test beyond a successful demonstration

Integration acceptance should include invalid credentials, missing fields, duplicate events, provider downtime and recovery. Production verification is separate from sandbox testing. The handover identifies provider accounts, configuration ownership and the person responsible when either side changes its interface.

Can any two applications be integrated?

No. Feasibility depends on supported interfaces, access permissions, contractual restrictions and compatible data. A short technical assessment should establish those conditions before development is quoted.

Can you integrate a payment gateway?

Payment integration can be scoped around an approved provider account and its supported API. Payment verification, callbacks, reconciliation and refund requirements should all be included in the assessment.

Who pays for external API usage?

The business usually maintains its provider accounts. Usage-based charges, account plans and credentials should be clearly assigned in the agreement rather than hidden inside development assumptions.

Your next chapter starts here.

Good things start with a conversation.

A new idea. A clearer direction. A better way forward.
