Screens follow the work rather than the organisation chart. Each role needs the information and actions relevant to its responsibilities. We document validations, exceptions, approval rules and audit requirements so the software handles rejected requests and corrections as carefully as successful submissions.

Useful software depends on reliable data. We assess spreadsheets, legacy exports, identifiers and duplicate records before deciding on migration. An agreed import mapping, sample reconciliation and ownership of corrections reduce the chance of carrying inconsistent information into a new system.

Payments, accounting, messaging and reporting can be connected when supported interfaces and permissions are available. We identify which system owns each record and what happens when an external service is unavailable. Integrations are separately scoped so their dependencies and recurring charges remain visible.

A working prototype helps users check the proposed process before the whole system is built. Development can then move through agreed milestones with acceptance scenarios, issue review and a controlled release. Change requests should include their effect on cost, delivery and existing behaviour.

The handover should identify source-code rights, hosting access, backup responsibility, operator guidance and support arrangements.
