Place suitable inference capacity near a camera, machine or local application. Curobotic scopes edge AI devices according to the model workload, input interfaces and installation environment, with software and deployment work distinguished from equipment supply.
Scope & specification
Discuss requirements, delivery and support with our Guwahati team. Pricing is quote-based and agreed against the proposed scope.
Request a quoteThe device brief identifies the inputs, model and action the system must support. Camera streams, sensor feeds and local application requests impose different interface and processing needs. We record required input rates and response expectations, then assess whether the proposed device can support the complete workflow under representative operating conditions.
Processor, accelerator, memory and storage are selected alongside power and thermal constraints. A development kit may suit a prototype but require a different enclosure or platform for a permanent installation. The quotation identifies the intended device form, supported environment and any accessories needed to make the system usable at its destination.
The design distinguishes functions that run locally from those that depend on remote services. Network interfaces, offline buffering and reporting requirements are reviewed with the application team. Local processing does not automatically mean that no data leaves the site; the agreed architecture should describe updates, logs and every external connection relevant to the workflow.
Installed devices need controlled access, recorded configuration and a workable update process. We discuss mounting, power recovery, replacement and how operators identify a device that has stopped producing useful results. A field acceptance exercise checks the agreed conditions, while model adaptation and ongoing application monitoring are separately named delivery items.
Pricing depends on device specification, inputs, enclosure, accessories, software setup and site work. Model development, camera installation and application integration are included only when listed. Share the intended use case, installation conditions and representative inputs for a device proposal with clear hardware and implementation boundaries.
From requirements to handover
Define inputs, model requirements and the conditions at the installation point.
Select compatible compute, interfaces, enclosure and power arrangements.
Test the agreed workflow and hand over access, update and replacement instructions.
Connected services & systems
Not automatically. Hardware supply, model selection, training data preparation and application development are distinct deliverables. The quotation states what software is installed and which model or demonstration is included, with any adaptation or evaluation work separately scoped.
Only if its complete installation is suitable for the environment. Temperature, moisture, dust, power and enclosure requirements need review. A development board or indoor device should not be assumed suitable for outdoor use without a supported system design.
Curobotic is based in Guwahati, Assam. We scope projects for organisations in Assam, Itanagar and other parts of Arunachal Pradesh, and Shillong. Remote preparation, site visits, freight and on-site installation are agreed in the quotation according to access, facilities and the work required.
