Give learning a clear place to happen.

Learning management software for institutions and teams delivering courses or training. Curobotic helps plan lessons, enrolment, assignments and progress reporting around the learning programme, the instructors who maintain it and the people taking part.

A closer look

The work behind the workflow.

Explore the use case, the people involved and the implementation decisions to agree before rollout.

Let’s make it happen
Organise courses into useful paths

A course needs more than a folder of files. Define the learning goals, lesson sequence and information a participant needs to continue. Decide whether lessons are self-paced or scheduled, and which materials must be completed before later activities become available.

Make learner access understandable

Enrolment, course access and account recovery should follow clear rules. The scope may differ for a college cohort, employee training or a paid course. Access periods, staff roles and responsibility for helping learners need to be documented before launch.

Support the teaching activity

Lessons, reading material, assignments and feedback should match the instructor’s process. Video delivery and live sessions may depend on external platforms with separate accounts and costs. Identify those dependencies rather than assuming the LMS automatically supplies every form of teaching infrastructure.

Report meaningful progress

A recorded page view is not proof that someone has learned a topic. Agree how progress, completion and assessment are defined. Reporting should help instructors identify participation gaps and follow up without overstating what the available interaction data can demonstrate.

Plan the content operation

Instructors need a maintainable way to update material and manage cohorts. Existing content should be reviewed for ownership, accessibility and suitability for the new structure. Backups, support, storage and any certificate workflow should be specified alongside the initial software scope.

Plan the implementation

From your brief to everyday use.

Design

Define learners, course structure and delivery format.

Prepare

Organise materials and agree enrolment and instructor permissions.

Trial

Run a representative lesson and assignment with learners.

Support

Set the ongoing content, reporting and help process.

Keep exploring

A little more to explore.

Can the LMS host video courses?

Video can be part of the learning design, but hosting, streaming, storage and access protection need explicit choices. The provider and recurring costs should be identified in the proposal.

Can course completion generate a certificate?

A certificate workflow can be scoped around agreed completion rules. The institution controls its academic or professional meaning; the software does not create accreditation.

Your next chapter starts here.

Good things start with a conversation.

A new idea. A clearer direction. A better way forward.
