How the solution fits together

Built around your users.

Learning plan

Select the lessons, class size and prerequisites the lab must support.

Inside the solution

The complete working environment.

A lab matched to the curriculum

The starting point is what learners should be able to do: explore data, write a first programme, train a small model or develop an application. Age, prerequisites, class duration and assessment all influence the design. Curriculum content and institutional approvals remain with the course owner, with custom exercise preparation scoped separately.

Seats and shared computing

A classroom can combine student devices with centrally managed resources where that is more practical than high-specification machines at every desk. We assess simultaneous use, internet dependency, display needs and accessible room layout. Equipment choices are explained against lesson requirements, allowing procurement teams to distinguish essential resources from optional upgrades.

Accounts and classroom reset

Teachers need a straightforward way to prepare a session and restore a consistent starting environment. The design can include separate accounts, storage limits, exercise datasets and a reset procedure. Internet access and software installation permissions follow the institution’s policies, with administrative access limited to the staff responsible for maintaining the lab.

Faculty confidence and continuity

A working demonstration is not enough if the next class depends on one visiting installer. Faculty orientation covers launching exercises, saving work and handling common errors. Administrator instructions address updates and account management. Replacement arrangements, recurring training and ongoing technical assistance can be added to the delivery scope as separate items.

Quote-based teaching lab setup

Pricing reflects seat count, existing computers, shared server requirements, room readiness and the requested training programme. The quotation separates equipment, software licences, installation and teaching-material preparation. Provide the academic level, class timetable and room inventory to plan a lab that supports practical learning within the available facilities.

Connected services & systems

Complete your project scope.

Can we upgrade our existing computer lab?

Often the existing room and some computers can be retained. We review their condition, operating systems, networking and the exercises you plan to teach. The proposal identifies upgrades and shared resources rather than assuming every seat must be replaced.

Do you provide a complete academic curriculum?

Curriculum development can be discussed as a separate content scope. A lab installation provides the agreed infrastructure and orientation; it does not automatically include a year of teaching, accredited course content or ongoing classroom instruction. These deliverables should be explicit in the proposal.

Can this project be delivered in Guwahati and other Northeast locations?

Curobotic is based in Guwahati, Assam. We scope projects for organisations in Assam, Itanagar and other parts of Arunachal Pradesh, and Shillong. Remote preparation, site visits, freight and on-site installation are agreed in the quotation according to access, facilities and the work required.
