From the first invitation to the final check-in.

Event management and registration software for teams in Assam planning organised attendee journeys. Curobotic helps connect event information, registration, ticketing and administration around the rules and responsibilities of each event.

A closer look

The work behind the workflow.

Explore the use case, the people involved and the implementation decisions to agree before rollout.

Let’s make it happen
Define the event’s registration rules

A public conference, invitation-only meeting and multi-session event need different journeys. Agree who can register, which details are required and how capacity is managed. Ticket types and eligibility rules should be established before opening registration.

Keep attendee records consistent

Registration changes, duplicate submissions and group bookings need a clear handling process. Staff should know which details identify an attendee and who can edit them. Confirmation messages should reflect the latest approved record rather than a separate spreadsheet.

Connect ticketing and payment

Paid events need an approved payment provider, reconciliation and a clear cancellation process. Free events still need reliable capacity and confirmation rules. Pricing, invoices and any refund arrangements are decisions for the organiser and should be reflected accurately in the software scope.

Plan the arrival experience

Check-in should be designed for the venue, equipment and staff available on the day. QR codes, scanners and offline requirements need practical testing. Duplicate check-ins and late registration should be included in the rehearsal so staff have a recovery process.

Leave a useful event record

Attendance reporting, session participation and follow-up should serve the organiser’s actual needs. Agree exports, access and retention after the event. Third-party messaging, venue connectivity and on-site support are separate dependencies that must be named in the delivery plan.

Plan the implementation

From your brief to everyday use.

Scope

Agree event types, capacity and registration rules.

Prepare

Set up attendee fields, tickets and supported payments.

Rehearse

Test registration and check-in with the event team.

Close

Reconcile records and agree follow-up and retention.

Keep exploring

A little more to explore.

Can the platform handle both free and paid events?

That can be scoped, with clear registration and payment rules for each event type. Paid events also need provider onboarding and a reconciliation process.

Will check-in work without internet?

Offline operation is a separate requirement that needs design and device testing. Tell us the venue conditions before the check-in approach is selected.
