Data analytics & big-data platforms

Make data available for useful analysis without losing track of where it came from. Curobotic designs data analytics and big-data platforms around the sources, reporting needs and operating team of a business, institution or research programme.

How the solution fits together

Built around your users.

Data discovery

Map sources, owners, definitions and required decisions.

Inside the solution

The complete working environment.

Sources and decision requirements

We identify the decisions the platform should support before selecting a processing stack. Source systems, owners, data formats and update schedules are documented. A small reporting database may be sufficient for one organisation, while larger or more varied data may justify distributed processing. Volume alone does not determine the architecture.

Ingestion and data quality

Connectors and import jobs need validation, retry behaviour and a way to identify incomplete updates. The design records data mappings and the treatment of duplicates, missing fields and changed source records. Owners agree which quality problems block publication and which are reported, avoiding silent errors that later appear as convincing dashboard numbers.

Storage and processing

The platform separates source data, prepared datasets and analytical outputs according to the workload. Compute and storage are sized together, with retention and recovery requirements included. The selected tools should fit the team’s skills and application integrations; introducing a large distributed system is only useful when its operating cost serves a real requirement.

Access, reporting and maintenance

User roles determine which data and reports are available. Sensitive fields require explicit handling in the design. Dashboard definitions and calculations are documented with their source and update frequency, while monitoring covers failed imports and stale outputs. The handover establishes who fixes source issues and who maintains platform jobs and interfaces.

Quote-based analytics delivery

Pricing reflects source count, integration difficulty, transformation rules, historical migration and the reports or interfaces included. Infrastructure, subscriptions and ongoing operations are separate items. Share sample data structures and the decisions you need to support for a phased proposal with measurable data and reporting acceptance criteria.

Connected services & systems

Complete your project scope.

Do we need a big-data stack for ordinary reports?

Not necessarily. A conventional database and well-managed import process may be easier to maintain and sufficient for the required scale. We assess data size, update frequency and processing patterns before recommending a more complex architecture.

Can you integrate existing ERP or institutional systems?

Integration depends on available APIs, export formats, permissions and vendor support. We review those interfaces and agree how changes will be detected and handled. Access to a database or spreadsheet alone does not establish the meaning or quality of every field.

Can this project be delivered in Guwahati and other Northeast locations?

Curobotic is based in Guwahati, Assam. We scope projects for organisations in Assam, Itanagar and other parts of Arunachal Pradesh, and Shillong. Remote preparation, site visits, freight and on-site installation are agreed in the quotation according to access, facilities and the work required.
